We've partnered with the fabulous Metz Cheesemonger in Farsley, Leeds, to fulfil the winelover's wish list!

A choice of three remarkable cheeses paired with a choice of six Sardinian wines, all beautifully boxed and delivered.

Select your cheeses from:

250g Cashel Blue - One of Ireland's most famous blue cheeses. Farmhouse made from local milk using vegetarian rennet and oozing with flavour and a hint of saltiness, it pairs beautifully with Rosada rosé, creamy Albalena Vermentino or a buttery Giallo Barite Vermentino.

250g Glaston Brick - A firm, fresh, creamy goat's cheese from the award-winning White Lake Dairy in Somerset. Unpasteurised and made with vegetarian rennet, this is a very versatile cheese that pairs with any of the white and rose wines the hamper selection.

250g Black Pepper Pecorino – Buttery, aromatic and warm, we just had to include a Pecorino, because it's the cheese for which Sardinia is most famous. The natural spiciness of Pecorino is enhanced by the pepper, which intensifies with aging. It's a lovely companion for the complex red Sigerro and the big Rei, but also eats well with Vermentino.

Albalena (still white) – a creamy Vermentino DOC from north east Sardinia

Giallo Barite (still white) – made from the now-rare Semidano grape, this buttery white wine is a taste of winemaking history

Rosada (still rosé) –  an outstanding rosé in a very distinctive bottle, this award winner is an elegant wine, bursting with fruit, but not sweet

Caralis (sparkling rosé) - a real party-goer, this lovely, lively pink fizz is made from Sardinia's red Monica grape, fruity and dry

Sigerro (still red) - a complex and satisfying red wine that deserves spending time with, it's made by a family winemaker in the south west of the island

Rei (still red) - a noble, dry, enveloping wine, fruity and herbal, this Cannonau di Sardegna DOC honours the island's most famous grape
