Tasting: This wine is a fine experession of the Vermentino grape, which is widely grown across the Italy, buit has acquired very special and distinct characteristics on the island. Straw yellow in the glass with intense and persistent aromas of honey and wild flowers. A beautiful buttery feeling in the mouth, with good acidity and slightly sweet tropical fruit notes. Goes well with: Fish and shellfish, cheese and salads. It also makes an excellent aperiiif. Serve: Slightly chilled.
