Tasting and aroma: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Crisp and lively with a tingle on the tongue, this wine has a savoury character with a subtle almond on the finish. Goes well with: seafood and shellfish, pasta with fish or cheese, vegetarian risotto, fresh goat and sheep cheeses. Serving: 8-10 degrees.
