Cannonau... and then!
Cannonau is Sardinia's most widely grown grape, traditionally used to produce powerful, earthy reds.
It's more than a grape. It's part of Sardinia's identity. It's stained the island's soul. It even has songs written about it.
And the discovery of Cannonau grape pips in a 3,000-year-old winemaking 'cellar' proved beyond doubt that Sardinia was the oldest winemaking region in the Western Mediterranean.
Modern winemakers are now putting a new spin on this ancient variety.
Our Cannonau collection showcases the grape as a red, a sparkling blanc de noirs, and a stunning rosé.
