Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel up to and including 14 calendar days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, possession of the wines. A third party might be, for example, a neighbour you have asked us to deliver to on your behalf).
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). If you are e-mailing us or writing to us, please include details of your order to help us identify it. Alternatively, please complete the downloadable cancellation form and send or email it to us.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired (14 days from receipt of the wines).
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example, if the wine seal has been broken). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will contact you to arrange collection and return of the wine free of charge.
If a bottle of wine is faulty
If a bottle of wine is corked, oxidised or otherwise not in good condition, and provided has been stored in suitable conditions, we will offer to replace it or refund the value of the bottle. We reserve the right to ask you to provide evidence of the fault and/or to collect the faulty bottle for inspection (at our cost).
If a bottle of wine is not faulty but you did not enjoy it
If you have ordered a case of the same wines and it is not to your taste, we will arrange to collect them from you (free of charge) and replace them with bottles of another type of wine which are of equivalent value. If you prefer, we will refund you for an amount equivalent to their value.

This Promise is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights in respect of any of our products or services (for example, if any of our products are not of satisfactory quality).
