Tasting: Brilliant ruby red colour, tending towards garnet. Intensely fruity on the nose, with hints of blueberry and plum; followed by sweet spices including vanilla and coffee. Velvety and creamy to taste with hint of pepper. Full-bodied. Goes well with: mature cheeses, red meat, roast suckling pig! Serving: at room temperature; we suggest you open 30 minutes to one hour before serving
